Sustainability

At Houdini their circular principles as well as the drive to radically enhance product performance and sustainability often result in innovation projects. These include development of entirely new fabrics and technologies or improvements of existing qualities, fibre compositions, treatments and production methods. From 2023 Houdini have announced that 100% of all the fabrics they use are recycled, recyclable, renewable, biodegradable or Bluesign certified.

This dress is made with Tencel Lyocell fabric.

The fibres fully recyclable and biodegradable wood pulp from sustainable sources, fibre is European Eco-labelled. Tencel Lyocell is produced in a very sustainable way, using fast growing FSC certified trees. The chemicals and water used in the production can be reused and circle back to a rate of over 99%.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Nordic Outdoor offer a standard UK Mainland delivery using a fully trackable DPD service which arrives within 3-5 working days and offers email and SMS updates. This service is Free for all orders over £80 (Excluding the Highlands & Islands) and is £3.95 for orders under £80.

If you require your order quicker we offer a fully trackable Next Working Day Service which offers email and SMS updates. This service is available for £3.95 for orders over £80 and £7.95 for orders under £80. Please note that to qualify for Next Working Day Delivery your order must be placed by 11am Monday-Friday. The Next Day Premium Service is available only to the UK Mainland and excludes orders placed to the Highlands and Islands.

Orders placed to the Scottish Highland and Islands and UK postcodes which are not considered ‘Mainland UK’ will be subject to a postage surcharge, these prices will displayed at checkout.

Returns

If you decide the item you order is unsuitable then we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items. To receive an exchange or refund you must notify us of your returns request within 14 days of receiving your order and the good must be returned within 28 days of receiving you order.
