Description

The Outdoor Axe is the latest versatile addition to the Gransfors Bruk range. Closely related to the Wildlife hatchet, although with a thinner, longer (14 inch from eye to end) handle and a smaller head. Due to it's slightly wedge-shaped blade the outdoor axe makes an excellent kindling axe and, as always with Gransfors, great attention has been paid to the balance and overall feel of the axe, making it a pleasure to use. Where the Small Forest Axe is well-sized for most bushcraft tasks and still very packable, the Outdoor Axe is lighter and even more packable, and should still be able to deal with most of your bushcraft needs. Equipped with a steel collar beneath the head for added protection when splitting Each axe is supplied with a leather sheath for safe storage.

Nordic Outdoor offer a standard UK Mainland delivery using a fully trackable DPD service which arrives within 3-5 working days and offers email and SMS updates. This service is Free for all orders over £80 (Excluding the Highlands & Islands) and is £3.95 for orders under £80.

If you require your order quicker we offer a fully trackable Next Working Day Service which offers email and SMS updates. This service is available for £3.95 for orders over £80 and £7.95 for orders under £80. Please note that to qualify for Next Working Day Delivery your order must be placed by 11am Monday-Friday. The Next Day Premium Service is available only to the UK Mainland and excludes orders placed to the Highlands and Islands.

Orders placed to the Scottish Highland and Islands and UK postcodes which are not considered ‘Mainland UK’ will be subject to a postage surcharge, these prices will displayed at checkout.
