Fjällräven Men's Skogso Jacket
An iconic style from Swedish outdoor specialists Fjallraven – the Skogso is a hip-length jacket perfect for outdoor adventures. Constructed using a mix of the brands durable G-1000 Lite and G-1000 original.
This jacket is just as comfortable trekking as it is in the city. It provides protection from the wind and light rain showers while also offering good ventilation, which means that you will not become as sweaty as you would when wearing a fully waterproof garment
The Skogso Jacket from Fjallraven is one of the brands most recognisable and iconic styles. Ideal for the city and the wild the hip-length style is water and wind resistant while still maintaining breathability, while the adjustable hood will protect you from the elements.
Showcasing classic Fjallraven durability the main body is constructed from G-1000 Lite for breathability and comfort while the shoulders and hood are made from the slightly stronger and more durable G-1000 Original. The slightly longer length at the back than the front will protect from wind while the two vertical chest pockets and two side pockets will keep your valuables safe.

At Fjallraven no decision is taken lightly. When considering a material Fjallraven will evaluate its efficiency, functional qualities, chemical composition and the amount they’ll need before making a choice. Fjallraven use a Preferred Materials And Fibres List that grades materials in terms of their impact on the environment. And this list is constantly updated, reflecting new research and new materials. In 2012 Fjallraven decided to switch to fluorocarbon-free impregnation throughout its full product range.
G-1000 is Fjallraven’s cornerstone material, made from recycled polyester and organic cotton. Fjallraven use it in everything from backpacks to jackets and trousers. It’s a densely woven fabric made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton and, by using Greenland Wax, it’s adaptable to a whole variety of different climactic conditions. So, with the right care this durable fabric will last for ages and join you on all kinds of adventures. The longer a garment lasts the more sustainable it becomes.
