Additionally hemp fibre is also used which uses 50% less water than cotton traditionally uses and also does not receive pesticides. They are constantly looking to improve such as right now using 30% recycled material though they are looking to soon increase that to 50%. When ROARK goes on an expedition they aim to give back to every place that they visit as a thank you for allowing them there or for giving them inspiration. They are Fair Trade certified and as a consequence pay their factory staff more than average. They also allocate money to the communities of these workers who can then vote on what they would like to have improved within their area, allowing them to benefit more than just their employees directly.
