KAVU uses a lot of recycled polyester, natural cotton in order to allow you to focus less on what your wearing and more on the task at hand. Additionally each item has been made with freedom of movement in mind as to not only add to its invisibility when wearing but to also widen the amount of uses the clothing has.  

From the beginning the brand has brought innovation which pushes them towards their core principles starting off with their strap cap. A jacket which looks like a traditional rigid one will feature unique attributes such as split backs to prevent ripping, side vents for airflow some have additional reinforcements on areas that wear down easily. While this is not uncommon on traditional outdoor clothing KAVU brings this to clothing you traditionally wouldn’t expect to see it on in terms of not only styles but the patterns of clothing as well allowing for you to have more choice for what you want to wear when performing more technical activities.

All polyester they use is 100% recycled and they work closely with textile exchange, a non-profit organisation, in order to keep improving each year.
