The Gransfors Axe Care Kit contains a leather wax to protect and grease the sheath, Linseed oil for the handle and axe head and the classic sharpening stone for grinding and sharpening the axe's edge.

Raw linseed oil from Sweden is designed to be rubbed on the handle to create a natural film and increase the lifespan of your handle. It also works well to treat the axe head and prevent rust. It's worth noting you should always properly dispose of the rag used with the Linseed oil as there is a risk of spontaneous combustion. You should either burn the rag immediately or alternatively store in submerged water before discarding.
Leather Wax which is also produced in Sweden contains 100% natural ingredients. The Leather Wax can be used on the Sheath of your axe to elongate it's life span and will also make the leather sheath water resistant and softer.
